Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Process

  • All our products are shipped through the National Gem and Jewellery Authority (NGJA) of Sri Lanka with the approval of the Export Development Board (EDB) of Sri Lanka.
  • We ensure that every shipment is insured for its full value with EMS International Courier for added security and peace of mind.
  • If your purchased jewelry contains natural gemstones, we will include an authentic certification from a reputed gemology lab.

2. Shipping Duration

  • The estimated delivery time may vary based on the destination country.
  • Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 10 business days from the date of shipment.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or any additional customs duties and taxes imposed by the receiving country.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in the recipient’s country must be borne by the customer.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If a product is lost or damaged during transit, you may file a claim directly with the insurance company or request our assistance in filing the claim.
  • For damaged products, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a refund or replacement process.

Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is received in its original condition, without any damages or modifications.
  • The product must be returned within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Custom-made or engraved jewelry is non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The product should be returned with its original packaging, certification (if applicable), and in undamaged condition.
  • Once we receive and verify the product’s condition, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • The full price of the product will be refunded once we confirm that the returned product is in its original state.
  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping fees and any additional handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Returns Due to Damaged Products

  • If your order arrives in a damaged or defective condition, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You may choose to claim insurance for the damaged product yourself or request us to handle the claim on your behalf.
  • Based on the insurance claim, we will either issue a refund or ship a replacement product.
